What are the legal fees involved?
The Developer will absorb the SPA Legal Fee, SPA Disbursement Fee, Loan Agreement Fee, Loan Disbursement Fee, and Loan Stamp Duty. The purchaser is only required to bear the Memorandum Of Transfer (MOT).
How does the Guarantee Rental Return (GRR) work?
